the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (In
re MasterCard Int’l Internet Gambling Litigation et al,
313 F. 3d 257 (5th Cir. 2002), the Court
stated: “We agree with the District Court’s statutory
interpretation of the Wire Act since
Internet casinos are not illegal
under federal law.”

The World Trade Organization
(WTO) ruled that the
United States
laws restricting Internet gambling violates global trade agreements signed in
the early 1990’s.

The
United States
government is strong arming and threatening advertising companies that run ads
for Internet gambling, saying they are “aiding and abetting” online casinos,
yet online casinos are NOT illegal under current federal law.
Fact
A gentleman I know won just
over $215,000 playing at www.omnicasino.com, and when he got paid, he had to pay
US income tax on that money. How hypocritical is that?
Fact
Many people in the U.S.
Congress want to prevent you from making choices that they consider to be
immoral or unwise, and they want to force
U.S.
financial institutions to prevent you from doing so by blocking financial
transactions from your personal credit card.
What can you do about it…?
Tell the U.S. Senator that works for you,
and your local Congressman, that you don't want the government making
these decisions for you!
